It just so happened that a parcel of happiness with two headsets came to me from SuperEQ. But it was the SuperEQ Q2 Pro model that got into my hands first. And considering its modest price, I was absolutely thrilled — this was the first model that could replace my current one.
The price of the model is $60. The SuperEQ S1, full-size headphones with noise control, cost the same. The bottom line is that $60 is a great price. From which, however, you still expect a lot.

And the Q2 Pro delivers. The set includes the buds themselves, as well as a set of silicone ear tips, a cable and instructions. Visually, we have a quite traditional TWS model with a simple black case in slightly matte plastic.
It has a Type-C on the back, three LEDs in front that glow white to indicate the remaining charge.
It glows blue to show the charging process, while the central diode does not light up, and if the charging of the left or right earphone does not work, then the corresponding indicator does not light up either. The idea is cool.
The earphones themselves look very standard, except for the gold rim and wavy plastic texture. It feels premium, unusual and very neat.
The characteristics are interesting. Mostly because some of them are easy to find, and some are just missing. For example, there is not a word about the frequency response. But it is clear that the drivers are 12 mm, Bluetooth is version 5.2, and there is support for AAC.
The battery capacity is 55 mAh for each of the headphones and 370 mAh for the case, which takes two hours to charge via Type-C. The brand promises up to 8 hours of battery life with ANC and 11 without it, without taking into account the additional charge from the case.
The controls of the buds is also relatively standard. A single tap is responsible for switching playback, ending and accepting a call, and a double tap on different earphones switches the track forward or backward.
Triple pressing turns on the voice assistant, and pressing for 2 seconds switches from the noise cancelling mode to ambient mode, as well as cancels the call.
I must say right away, the touch sensor only works periodically – despite the fact that the area is marked with a tactile metal rim. Unfortunately, it’s hard to control the SuperEQ Q2 Pro on the go.
But the sound quality is excellent! Simply superb. Great bass, great midrange… I don’t know what kind of audio chipset is inside, but Bluetooth 5.2 hints at its freshness, and it is noticeable.
I also note the double connection feature – SuperEQ Q2 Pro can be connected, say, to a computer and a smartphone at the same time. No, you won’t get two signal sources even sequentially, but you will be able to receive a call from a smartphone if the headset is connected to the PC at the same moment.
ANC is the most excellent! The ambient mode is also very pleasing, as is the quality of the microphones.
What I can find fault with is latency. When connected to a smartphone, there are no issues, but when connected to a PC, it can be up to 500 ms, which, say, when gaming, is a problem.
And I was constantly thinking that were it literally $5 more expensive, I would require it to support wireless charging.
This is a very good TWS model. It offers nice battery life, neat design, compact dimensions, and most importantly fantastic audio quality, especially for its price. So yes, I recommend the SuperEQ Q2 Pro, unless you require wireless charging.
