Estonia has provided Ukraine with a consignment of lethal weapons to protect against the Russian aggressor. The batch includes howitzers, anti-tank mines, submachine guns, grenade launchers, anti-tank missiles, recoilless anti-tank guns, automatic weapons, ammunition, disposable grenade launchers and hand grenades, the Estonian embassy said.
In addition, Estonian businessmen, in cooperation with government agencies and the Estonian Armed Forces, handed over helmets, bulletproof vests, communications equipment, drones, night vision devices, laser rangefinders, medical supplies and chemical protection clothing to the Ukrainian military.
“Even more is needed for Ukraine to remain free. Estonia calls on all European countries to provide Ukraine with the necessary weapons, military and humanitarian aid, political support, as well as to strengthen sanctions against Russia and stop directly or indirectly supporting Russia’s economy, “the embassy said.

In addition, it is known that Germany will supply Ukraine with weapons systems, “which have not yet been supplied to anyone” and will allocate funds to the investigation of atrocities in Bucha. Let me remind you that yesterday several dozen T-72 tanks and infantry fighting vehicles went by train from the Czech Republic to Ukraine. This is a gift from the Czech army, which the Czech Republic has agreed with NATO allies. Ukrainian soldiers know how to handle this equipment and it will help them defend the country.
