Nothing Phone (2a) has got its TUV certification as the launch draws close

One very anticipated device in the smartphone industry is the Nothing Phone (2a) and it has got its TUV certification. The folks at MySmartPrice have been able to spot this coming device on the TUV certification website. On the website, the device is identified with the model number A142, which matches previous spotting on the TDRA official website a few weeks ago.

This reveal now points out a few of this coming device’s specifications to the smartphone community. From the certification page, it becomes clear that this coming device will launch with 45W fast charging. The certification page points out this coming device’s 5Vdc, 3A/ 9Vdc, 3A/12Vdc, 3A/ 15Vdc, 3A/20Vdc, 2.25A rated charging input.

If all the figures above scare you, they shouldn’t because they just mean that this device will support 45W fast charging. With this certification in place, it’s safe to expect that this coming device will launch soon. Previous leaks have already pointed out that this coming device will launch with the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 processor and up to 12GB memory capacity.

Other details on this device include its 50MP (Samsung ISOCELL lenses) dual rear camera setup and a 16MP front-facing camera. The screen display on this device will measure 6.7 inches, and it’ll use an AMOLED panel. As for its battery capacity, this device is expected to launch with a 4,290mAh battery capacity with 45W fast charging as confirmed by its TUV certification.

Following its successors, this coming budget device will launch running on the Nothing OS and Android software. It’ll also launch in only two colour options, black and white just like with its predecessor. The launch date, pricing, and availability of this coming device will become public in the coming days.
