Specs of rugged Samsung Galaxy XCover 6 Pro leaked online

The Galaxy XCover series is very different from other Galaxy phones, offering a rugged design with MIL-STD-810 certification and a user-replaceable battery. It’s been two years since the release of the Galaxy XCover 5 Pro, and fans are waiting for its continuation. Apparently, they don’t have to wait anymore. What looks like an updated model, has just appeared in the Google Play Console database.

The phone could appear on the market as the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, which will mean that it will succeed the Galaxy XCover 5, released last year. As for the appearance, it corresponds to the renders, provided in March by OnLeaks. They showed a dual rear camera, a hardware button at the top, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB-C port.

As for the hardware, it is rumored that the phone will be equipped with an FHD+ display of unclear technology: LCD or AMOLED. Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G might be the heart of the new phone, combined with 6 GB of RAM. As for the software, the device will run on Android 12 with One UI. Details about the battery and charging speed are unknown. It is also unclear when the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro will hit the market, but it’s likely to happen this year.
