Design, materials, build
The OneOdio Focus A10 have a sleek and modern design that incorporates classic OneOdio elements such as concentric rings on the earcups and a folding design. The headphones are made from plastic and lightweight aluminium for a strong and durable design. In addition, the headband is padded to reduce pressure and the ear cushions are soft and memory foam, making the headphones comfortable for extended use.
The earcups can be rotated and folded inwards to fit nicely in the case. The nice thing is that inside each one there are big letters “L” and “R”. Very handy, no need to look for the little letters somewhere on the device. Sometimes it’s all about the little things, isn’t it? The A10 weighs in at just under 315 grams.
The earcups rotate 90 degrees, making them comfortable to wear around your neck when not in use.
The ANC mode button and USB-C charging port are located on the left bowl, while the power button, playback controls and 3.5mm jack for an additional audio cable are located on the right bowl.
Overall, the OneOdio Focus A10 wireless headphones offer a modern design, quality build and comfortable ear cushions. With a foldable design and rotating ear cups, the headphones are a great choice for those who appreciate both style and functionality.

Comfort of use
When unfolding the headphones, you can hear a distinctive “click” that tells you that the cup is in place. And if necessary, the headband can be extended by pulling the ear cushions downwards. The padding on the cups and on the headband is soft, pleasant-to-the-touch eco-leather covered with memory foam. I wouldn’t mind if there was a little more padding on both cups, but it’s not bad as it is. Overall, I never got tired during my testing.
While the Focus A10s are comfortable, they can still cause discomfort for users who wear glasses. Nevertheless, the overall build quality is impressive for a budget headphone.
Sound of the OneOdio A10 Focus
Moving on to listening. I am very happy with the OneOdio A10 Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Headphones. No matter what I was listening to – they sounded great. The sound was fairly even. I didn’t feel deep rich bass, but I didn’t get piercing treble either. There is no app for the A10, so you have no way to customise the sound. Nevertheless, I think the sound quality is great!
Management
On the bottom of the right earcup, you’ll find a multi-function power button that lets you pause music, accept/reject calls, connect via Bluetooth, activate the voice assistant, and the like. You’ll also find volume up and volume down buttons, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The left side of the earbuds houses the USB-C charging port and the active noise cancellation button. Pressing the latter allows you to switch between noise cancellation mode and transparency (permeability) mode. So, let’s move on to the next section and talk about the noise cancellation function.
Noise cancellation
When I used the OneOdio A10 during phone calls, the noise cancellation function worked fine. But when it came to listening to music, it made no difference to me. I could turn the noise cancelling off and on, but I couldn’t feel any difference. If you just plug the 3.5mm cable into a computer or other device, the passive noise cancellation that the ear cushions provide will also provide a great listening experience. The ear cushions provide excellent sealing to keep ambient sound from getting in. So, if the battery runs out and you just plug the headphones in with the cable, you won’t get any of the features like ANC or permeability mode, but the A10s still work fine in that mode.
Let’s talk about Transparency mode. This mode allows outside noise to penetrate so you can better understand what’s going on around you. However, if you turn your music up really loud, you won’t hear much ambient sound even with Transparency mode enabled. However, hearing someone’s conversation or just navigating what’s going on near you the feature allows you to. Overall, the OneOdio A10’s Transparency Mode works better than any other headset or headphones I’ve had, so I have no complaints.

Connection
The OneOdio A10 Focus are hybrid active noise cancelling headphones that can connect to multiple devices at the same time, which is very convenient. I was able to connect to my laptop and smartphone at the same time and switch between sound sources at will.
As for the quality of connection, it is not bad, the connection is maintained at a distance of 10-15 m from the source in open space, the transmission of the music stream is not interrupted even with such an obstacle as a reinforced concrete wall.
OneOdio A10 Focus battery life
Also, one of the best features of the A10 is its excellent battery life. Depending on whether you use the noise cancelling function or not, the listening time ranges between 35 and 50 hours, which is amazing considering the battery capacity is only 800 mAh!
I don’t use the headphones all day, so listening to music on the OneOdio A10 Focus for a couple of hours a day meant I had enough charge for a few weeks before I needed to charge them fully. And that is without exaggeration true. A full charge can be achieved within about 2 hours. In fact, if the OneOdio A10 Focus runs out of charge and you only have 10 minutes to charge, you can get between 5 and 6 hours of run time. It was hard to believe this when I read about it in the marketing literature, so I decided to test it out. Indeed, after a 10 minute charge, the headphones worked for over 5 hours. That’s pretty cool.
Microphones and headset function
The manufacturer claims that the headphones are equipped with 5 microphones to work hybrid noise cancellation and noise reduction during voice conversations. Two of them listen to the environment, two are inside the cups – used for feedback. And one microphone on the outside of the right earcup at the bottom – for transmitting your voice.
In practice, the quality of your voice transmission is pretty good if you are in a room. But outdoors and in environments where there is a lot of noise and extraneous sounds, your voice becomes flat and muffled. Yes, your conversation partners will hear you and can probably make out what you’re saying, but the timbre is inexpressive and the overall voice quality is unimpressive. You can find competitive products in this price class where the microphones work more effectively.
Conclusions
The OneOdio A10 Focus are hybrid active noise cancelling headphones that are available now for just under $55. They are really reliable and comfortable, have great battery life, good sound and a great transparency mode. Add to that a handy carrying case and the ability to listen via a 3.5mm cable. In my opinion, the OneOdio A10 Focus will not disappoint you.
