I’ve been using the TOZO Tonal Fits T21 earbuds for a few weeks and I’m very impressed. This pair of earbuds solves a problem I’ve had for a while with purchasing an affordable wireless earbud. My issue has been finding the best quality for a reasonable price without having to rely on the more expensive options from more premium brands.
Over the past few weeks, my experience with this pair of earbuds has not been all rosy. However, for the better part, the good sides of this pair of earbuds from TOZO far outweigh the bad sides I might have encountered. In this article, I’ll take you through the ups and downs of this pair of earbuds so you can tell if it’s a great choice for you.

Positioning and Pricing
The first great thing about this earbud that I gave a hint of at the start of this article is its pricing. For the TOZO Tonal Fits, you can get a pair from the brand’s official website for about $59.99. This puts it at the sub-$60 price point, which is very trickery to navigate without proper guidance when shopping for a new pair of earbuds.
TOZO is also offering a discount on this product that brings its price down to $35.99. This offer is exclusive to the brand’s official website, and you can grab this deal today. In terms of pricing, I’ll give the Tonal Fits a solid 10 out of 10 points because buyers don’t need to break the bank before they can afford one for themselves.

What’s in the package
With this product you get the basics, everything you’ll need to ensure that the product works well. This includes the earbuds packages inside their case, a USB-C cable and some paperwork. Among the paperwork, you’ll find the user’s guide and a manual.
Just like any other product, these paperwork come in different languages, so many can understand what it says. The user’s guide also holds the quick controls that you can use on the TOZO Tonal Fits for quick controls. With all of this in the box, we can say that you get everything you need to enjoy the usage of this pair of earbuds.
Construction, design, material, and build quality
From the title of this review article, you’ll be able to tell that I like the design and style of this earbud. Yes, let’s start with the design assessment of the Tonal Fits from the buds themselves. The semi-in-ear design of this product is very user-friendly, as they slip into your ear and sit there without hurting you.
For usage over long hours, I didn’t have any issues with having the buds in my ears even while not listening to music. The feel of the buds is also solid; there’s no use of any flimsy material to build this product. All the touch controls that are available on this product work with accurate precision, unlike other cheap earbuds that might fluctuate in their usage.
On the body of this product, you’ll notice a speaker outlet in addition to the two that sit inside your ear. This helps to give the Tonal Fits a sense of noise cancellation while in use. One design feature I love on this earbud is that the stem isn’t rounded but more like a boxy shape.
This might be a very minute design detail that some might overlook, but it helps with grip. Taking the earbuds out or placing them back in your ear while holding this boxy stem is very easy. It helps reduce the risk of the earbuds falling out of your fingers while you’re gripping them.
Another design detail I appreciate here is that, unlike the shiny, glossy outer body, the rest of this product has a matte finish. Thanks to this design feature, the part of the earbud that you come in contact with more often is not prone to smudges like the glossy part. These are just some little details that TOZO did well to pay attention to, and I must admit that I love this product for these little details.
For the case, it comes with a matte finish that is resistant to smudges and stains. It also has a perfectly integrated LCD screen (which tells the battery capacity and charging state) that sits at the front of the case. At the base of the case is the wireless charging pad as well as the USB-C charging port. However, the build quality of this case feels a bit ‘not well put together’.
If you put your mind to it, you might feel that the case’s cover feels a bit loose when open. You might get this sensation from time to time, but the closing mechanism of this case is firm and on par with more expensive options. Overall the construction, design, material, and design quality of the Tonal Fits is very impressive.

Experience using the TOZO Tonal Fits earbuds
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been putting the TOZO Tonal Fits earbuds through some extensive testing. During this period, I’ve been able to get a clear perception of this earbud and all that it brings to the table. Well, there’s a lot that we can say about this earbud, as it not only impressed me but also made me question a few things during my period of using it extensively.
To kick off, I’ll have to point out the fact that the Tonal Fits, just like its name implies, fits perfectly. This product solved an issue I’ve had with others in its price point. For most other earbuds in the sub-$100 price point I’ve got to test, I notice that long hours of usage place my ears under a lot of stress.
However, that’s not the case with this entry from TOZO as they perfectly fit leaving no stress on my ears. I found that having this product in my ears while in use or not in use wasn’t painful like other options in its price point. Additionally, the compact design makes them blend into daily usage and not be a burden to carry about.
Speaking of something that’s not also a burden to carry about, the case of this earbud is also easy to carry about. You can slip it into a bag, or your pockets, or even carry them around in your palm. But, holding the case in your hand will make you notice the fact that the cover lid is often a bit shaky.

Audio quality, battery life, and controls
In terms of audio quality, the TOZO Tonal Fits is perfectly tuned to suit various types of sounds. I can comfortably say this considering the genres of music that I listen to. However, for those users who are looking for something more with their audio experience, the TOZO app comes in handy.
As for noise reduction, when listening to music you can only count on passive noise reduction due to the fact that the earbud covers the ear canal. But during phone calls we have access to the electronic noise reduction function, which works quite well.
Battery life on the TOZO Tonal Fits is also impressive, as I was going almost two days on a single charge and heavy usage. Now, this is very important for those users like myself who often forget to plug in their earbuds to charge. However, considering that this option has wireless charging, I had no issues forgetting to plug it in as I just needed to place it on the wireless charging pad.
For the controls on this earbud opening, the case turns on the earbuds. Double tapping on either ear skips or goes back on a track, holding down either ear increases or reduces the volume, and tapping once on either ear plays or pauses the song. By tapping once on either ear when you get a call you can pick and long pressing on either ear rejects the call.
To activate your voice assistant, you’ll need to tap three times on either ear. Connecting this to any device is easy, just find it on your Bluetooth and pair it up, once this is done, whenever you open the earbud case they pair up with your device. If you connect it to more than one device, often turn off the Bluetooth on the device you don’t want to use so it doesn’t connect to the wrong device.
One feature I wish was available on these earbuds is multipoint connectivity. This will enable it to connect to more than one device at a time while streaming audio from one main source, with the option to switch to another if necessary. Well, considering its price point, there’s not much we can ask for.

Conclusion and final verdict
After weeks of usage, I can boldly say that this is an impressive earbud for the price. From its build quality to its audio quality, and even its comfort, the TOZO Tonal Fits surprised me. It also made me wonder why other earbuds in their price range sound so airy or come with lower quality.
Priced at just $35.99, the TOZO Tonal Fits is a better pick than most other options in the market. In your day-to-day usage of this product, you’ll come to appreciate the attention put into certain aspects of its design and quality. Considering that this product comes in more than one colour option, there is something for everybody.
