According to fresh reports making the headlines, the Nio Onvo L60 will launch on September 10. While we await this launch event, we are getting familiar with the interior design of this coming Chinese electric vehicle. Pictures of the interior of this vehicle have hit the internet ahead of its launch, thanks to a new leak showing off its impressive design.
Back in May, Nio launched its new sub-brand Onvo and unveiled the first model into this new brand. The first model for this brand is none other than the Onvo L60, and it is an impressive electric SUV with a nice design. After unveiling this vehicle, Nio took to its various platforms, sharing images of this vehicle with netizens, fans, and media outlets.
While on the exterior this vehicle is very impressive, there have been no sightings of its interior up until now. Yes, this leak is the first time since the official reveal of the Nio Onvo L60 that we got to see its interior. On the inside, this vehicle looks much like Nio vehicles, sharing a similar steering wheel and infotainment layout, but sadly, NOMI (Nio’s smart system interface) is missing.
However, the Nio Onvo L60 drops the large screen gauge cluster that we see on Nio models and replaces it with what seems to be a very small display. We also notice a change in the design of the centre console, as the gear shifter seems to change its position. There’s ample legroom in the rear seat, but the large glass roof might impact headroom.
What seems to be a centre-mounted screen sits in the rear seat area, accessible by all passengers. From the spy images, we can confirm that this coming vehicle stuns on the inside just like it does on the outside. The main competitor to this coming vehicle will be the Tesla Model Y, but the Onvo L60 seems to already won the pricing war with a more affordable starting price.
