Škoda Auto has updated the hatchback and station wagon versions of its iconic Octavia. This model is rightfully considered the brand’s sales leader because over 7 million units were sold during its entire existence.

As reported in the company’s press service, the fourth modern generation of Octavia now has an updated look – in particular, we are talking about the radiator grille and LED matrix headlights. Full standard equipment includes a dual-zone Climatronic system or a 10-inch digital display (to be available later). Additional safety and assistance systems have also appeared in the model, and the number of ecological materials in the interior has increased.

“Our customers have high expectations for Octavia for a good reason, because the updates received by our best-selling model take it to a new level: a completely redesigned infotainment system, new auxiliary safety systems, increased use of sustainable materials and more powerful headlights,” says the chairman of the board Škoda Auto Klaus Zellmer. “I am sure that our latest Octavia will surprise and delight drivers and passengers.”

The fourth-generation Octavia uses updated front and rear bumpers and a radiator grille. The LED matrix headlights of the second generation, the LED taillights with animated indicators and the design of the alloy wheels have also been changed. It is reported that the new range structure includes four trim levels (Essence, Selection, Sportline and RS) and nine interior options.
