The Doogee T30 Max is a new powerful tablet that has hit the market with a large 12.4-inch display and impressive specifications. It is positioned as a device for everyday use, suitable for both work and leisure, including watching movies, gaming, and surfing the internet. In this review, I will examine its features, performance, and determine whether it lives up to its price and user expectations.
Positioning and price
There is a stereotype that tablets are outdated gadgets that offer no real utility, especially since we all have laptops and phones today. However, this is not entirely true. Tablets are indeed considered niche products that provide users with all the necessary functions for comfortable work at a relatively low cost.
The Doogee T30 Max is priced starting at $343 / €308. The gadget is available in three colors: classic black, green, and an unusual orange.

Package contents
The tablet comes in a large black box. Inside we will find all the necessary components:
- Charger with Type-C cable
- Documentation
- SIM tray eject tool
- A protective film that is already stuck on the screen
- The tablet
- Protective case
Accessories such as a stylus and a keyboard with a magnetic stand can be purchased separately.
I believe it’s better to purchase a keyboard and possibly a stylus right away if you enjoy drawing, sketching, or designing. This will make the work process three times more comfortable. We’ll discuss all of this a bit later, but I’ll say that from the very first moments of use, I was won over by the stylus. The stand and case are also very convenient.
Design and ergonomics
The design of the Doogee T30 Max looks sleek yet classic, thanks to its titanium-aluminum alloy body. The 12.4-inch screen deserves a mention, as it occupies most of the front panel. The bezel is uniformly wide around the entire perimeter of the device. At the top, there’s a 20 MP front camera. The corners of the tablet are pleasantly rounded.
The back of the tablet has a matte finish that feels nice to the touch, made from eco-leather. The side frames are crafted from aluminum. The rear panel also features a dual-camera setup with AI support: a 50 MP main module and a 2 MP macro camera. On the right edge, there are two speakers (at the top and bottom), and between them is a USB Type-C port for charging and connecting accessories. The tablet’s audio system supports the Hi-Res Audio standard. The bottom edge includes connectors for a magnetic keyboard. The left side houses two additional speakers and a slot for two SIM cards.
On the top edge are the power and volume control buttons. Overall, the tablet has a sleek, minimalist appearance.
It’s worth noting that the device is quite large, making it nearly impossible to use with one hand. Moreover, the weight increases with additional accessories. However, this shouldn’t be considered a downside, as the Doogee T30 Max has a powerful battery. The screen size provides all the conditions necessary for comfortable work.

Additional accessories
As I mentioned earlier, I received a case, stylus, and a magnetic holder for the stylus, which also serves as a stand for the tablet.
The stylus works wonderfully—it responds to pressure sensitivity. With it, you can take notes, create drawings, and write messages. Users who work with diagrams or graphics will be pleased with how quickly the stylus reacts to commands.
The stylus stays in place thanks to the magnet on the stand. It supports the tablet in both horizontal and vertical positions. Together with the keyboard, it transforms into a mini laptop.
Speaking of the keyboard, it’s quite good overall, with a pleasant key travel and conveniently sized keys. Most functions work perfectly (such as back, Home, etc.), but I did notice one thing: the key meant to lock and unlock the device only functions for locking. If you want to unlock the Doogee T30 Max, you need to press the power button.
The Doogee T30 Max transforms into a multitasking mini laptop with the help of additional accessories. The stylus, featuring 4,096 levels of sensitivity, allows for precise drawing and writing, while the keyboard offers comfortable typing, turning the tablet into a powerful work tool. The case protects against scratches and dust, and the stand keeps the device in various positions. Together, these accessories make the Doogee T30 Max an ideal gadget for productive work and creative tasks.
Screen
The Doogee T30 Max features a screen that truly combines quality and technological capabilities. Its large 12.4-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2560×1600 stands out with high brightness, clarity, and color accuracy, making it perfect for watching videos, working with graphics, or reading. With a contrast ratio of 1000:1, the image appears deep and realistic, showcasing rich blacks and vibrant highlights.
The colors on the display appear natural, providing an excellent experience when working with multimedia content, photos, or drawing.
In the settings, you can adjust the brightness, switch the screen to dark mode, enable adaptive brightness, and choose a theme.
Performance
It’s important to understand that the tablet won’t deliver the best performance in gaming or graphic design. However, it is still a fast device that responds quickly to all commands. The Doogee T30 Max is well-suited for office work and studying, thanks to its comfortable typing experience and document processing capabilities. The tablet handles high-quality movie streaming, internet browsing, and simple games, making it a versatile choice for both work and entertainment.
The device does not heat up during operation, and switching between applications is easy.

Battery life
The Doogee T30 Max features a large 10,800 mAh battery with 33W charging, ensuring long-lasting battery life. This hefty battery allows the tablet to operate for up to 5 days without the need for frequent recharging, which is especially convenient for extended work sessions or travel.
When it comes to charging speed, the battery charges from 0% to 100% in about 2 to 2.5 hours.
Cameras
The cameras on the Doogee T30 Max may not boast the highest quality, but their presence is undoubtedly a plus. The main 50 MP camera and the 2 MP macro camera perform well, especially when you need to quickly take a photo of documents or a snapshot for personal use. While they aren’t designed for professional photography, these cameras can be handy in situations where you need to capture something quickly.
Sound
The Doogee T30 Max features four speakers that deliver good, loud sound thanks to Hi-Res audio support (24-bit / 192 kHz). Whether you’re watching a movie, listening to music, or chatting online, the audio will be pleasant and high-quality.
Software
The Doogee T30 Max runs on Android 14, featuring a clean interface with a classic design. The interface feels familiar and intuitive to use.
The operating system isn’t the fastest, but its smoothness and optimization are at a high level—everything runs seamlessly without any lags or delays. The built-in software mainly consists of a clean operating system and essential Google applications, with Chrome as the default browser. In the settings, you’ll find everything you need for a convenient experience.
