Acer has expanded its line of gaming equipment and announced the release of new Predator BiFrost and Nitro series graphics cards, as well as announced the addition of SpatialLabs stereoscopic 3D devices.
The four new graphics cards are equipped with modern technologies, including the recently announced AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT graphics processors and Acer’s advanced developments in the field of device cooling. The new products of the SpatialLabs graphics cards family, a laptop and a gaming monitor, provide stunning 3D content.
Video card Predator BiFrost AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT OC
The new SpatialLabs graphics cards combine the advantages of thoughtful AMD RDNA 3 microchips and Acer’s technological achievements. The presence of the PCIe 4.0 bus and two 8-pin PCIe connectors increases the performance and efficiency of the video card. The Predator BiFrost AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT OC has 16 GB of GDDR6 memory, 624 Gbps bandwidth, a gaming clock frequency of up to 2254 MHz and an overclocking clock frequency of up to 2565 MHz. It also includes a cooling system with three Predator FrostBlade 3.0 fans and a functional evaporation chamber.
The 281.9×117.9×61.4 mm device occupies 3 slots and is suitable for a wide range of gaming platforms. The card also has an HDMI 2.1 port and three DisplayPort 2.1 ports. The Predator BiFrost utility allows gamers to monitor device performance calibrate fan speed and tweak graphics settings.
Video cards Nitro AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT OC and Nitro AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT OC
These video cards have the power of AMD RDNA 3 computing units complex ray tracing technology and AI accelerators. The gaming clock frequency of the Nitro Radeon RX 7700 video card reaches 2276 MHz, and the overclocking clock frequency can be equal to 2599 MHz. The gaming clock frequency of the Nitro Radeon RX 7800 is up to 2254 MHz, and the overclocking clock frequency is up to 2565 MHz. Also, the new Acer Nitro video cards have a modern media data encoding and decoding mechanism built into them.
The novelties are equipped with two Nitro FrostBlade ring fans. The mechanism withstands high temperatures and helps minimize fan wear and tear. The cooling system is located inside the case with dimensions of 279×129.62×50.42 mm and a design that provides 2.5-inch slots for connecting drives. They also have an HDMI 2.1 port and three DisplayPort 2.1 ports.
Video card Acer Nitro AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT OC
This graphics card features state-of-the-art features: 16GB of GDDR6 memory, 288Gbps bandwidth, up to 2539MHz gaming clock and 2810MHz overclocking. Advanced cooling technology uses two Nitro FrostBlade ring fans. The system minimizes friction on the fan bearings, and three dispersal holes guarantee effective cooling. In addition, it is reinforced with a copper base.
The compact yet powerful Acer Nitro AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT OS graphics card measures 268×111.2×40.1 mm and includes 2.5-inch slots, an HDMI 2.1 port and three DisplayPort 2.1 ports. Thanks to the maximum (for digital devices) resolution of 7680×4320 and the ability to see the content of 4 monitors at the same time, users will get stunning image quality on multiple screens.
Acer Aspire 3D 15 SpatialLabs Edition
The new Acer Aspire 3D 15 (A3D15-71GM) model is equipped with advanced optical solutions from SpatialLabs, an Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTXTM 4050 graphics cards (in the latest versions). The stereoscopic 3D laptop uses SpatialLabs Experience Center Pro technology with a wide range of applications, and proprietary AI models transform 2D content into 3D in real-time.
SpatialLabs Player provides linear video playback control and allows you to seamlessly switch between 2D and 3D modes. And for work, there is SpatialLabs Model Viewer, which imports and converts files in CGI and CAD formats into 3D illustrations in real-time. The 3D laptop supports SpatialLabs Unity and Unreal Engine plugins for accelerated execution of 3D projects and AI assistant Copilot with a separate key.
The device has a 15.6-inch UHD IPS display with 100% coverage of the Adobe RGB palette and the ability to switch between 2D and 3D. Acer PurifiedVoice and PurifiedView help during video calls, and Acer TwinAir and the heat dissipation system keep the laptop from overheating. The AcerSense program, which also has a separate key, helps monitor the state and performance of the system. The Aspire 3D 15 has up to 32GB of DDR5 and up to 2TB of storage, as well as an HDMI 2.1 port, USB Type-C Thunderbolt 4 and Wi-Fi 6 support.
Predator SpatialLabs View 27 gaming monitor
Acer has expanded its line of stereoscopic 3D displays with the new Predator SpatialLabs View 27 gaming monitor. SpatialLabs TrueGame software uses patented shadow construction technology and a driver system to create individual 3D profiles with available depth information from the games themselves, and 3D Ultra mode with a second virtual camera provides additional depth and geometry to each scene. Acer Immerse Audio technology and two 2.5 W speakers create the effect of using headphones with surround sound.
The Predator SpatialLabs View’s 27-inch 4K display is switchable between 2D and 3D modes and has a 160Hz refresh rate, 400 nits of brightness, and high colour accuracy. Compatibility with AMD FreeSync and NVIDIA G-SYNC enables the 3D gaming monitor to display vivid frames without gaps even in dark environments without sufficient lighting.
Predator Connect X7 and T7 routers
Acer Predator Wi-Fi 7 gaming routers, thanks to innovative Qualcomm wireless technologies, can reach twice the initial speed. The manufacturer positions the Predator Connect X7 5G CPE as the first router that has three-band bandwidth according to 5G and Wi-Fi 7 standards and supports the BE11000 system, providing a speed of 3.5 Gbit/s for 5G connection and an ultra-low level of delay (1 ms).
The T7 model is compatible with devices that support combined bandwidth and the BE11000 system and can be integrated into mesh systems. The Acer Predator Connect utility allows you to control the operation of the router.
