Apple iPad models will launch in the coming weeks with OLED panels

-

News on the development of Apple iPad models with OLED panels hit the internet a few months ago. Now, we’re learning that these models will launch towards the end of March or April, meaning that we have a few weeks before we get these products. Joining these iPad models at launch will be a ton of accessory options like the Magic keyboard and the Apple Pencil.

Details on the launch of these iPad models were let out of the bag by Mark Gurman in his Power On update. There, he pointed out that the coming iPads will be the Pro models and the Air models, which will launch with varying screen sizes. Not only will these iPad entries have different screen sizes, but they’ll also launch with different processors and performance data.

For the iPad Pro model preparing to launch, it’ll feature the Apple M3 chip for better performance. This model will also bring an OLED 12.9-inch screen panel to the Apple iPad line-up. So with the coming iPad Pro model, netizens can expect not only better performance but also a better screen display for viewing content.

Another entry to the new Apple iPad models is the Air model and, according to Gurman, we might see a change in this model. This model will come with the Apple M2 processor and finally, a landscape-oriented front-facing camera. With this, users will better enjoy working on this iPad with the help of the Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil accessories.

For some reason, Apple might add an optional 12.9-inch screen size option to the iPad Air line-up. However, unlike the iPad Pro entry, the Air models won’t get an OLED panel. The launch of these coming Apple iPad models will take place in a few weeks and might be via the brand’s newsroom and not a launch event.
