The coming iOS 18 will hit the launch stage on June 10 during the Apple WWDC 24 event. According to official reports, this event is to take place from June 10 through June 14, and it will bring a ton of things to the developers’ community. To kick off this event, Apple might invite developers to Apple Park to celebrate this event’s kick-off.
On the event’s first day, those attending virtually as well as in person will watch the Keynotes and take part in some activities. While those in attendance physically will have the privilege of meeting Apple experts like Tim, Craig, and a few others. For the rest of the event, Apple might stick to streaming it online, rolling out a ton of new features to the developer community.
For regular everyday Apple users, the highlight of this event will be the release of new operating systems. Updates to the operating systems on Apple iPhone, iPad, TV, Vision Pro, and other gadgets will get updates at this event. Apple will preview these new software products at the WWDC 24 event for users to see and get familiar with what new features are coming.
As for developers, Apple will give them new frameworks, tools, and features that they can implement on their apps. These developers will put these new frameworks to use across their apps so they function in sync with iOS 18. After this event, a series of beta testing of the iOS 18 software will kick off as developers try out their apps on the new software.
Regular users should not expect iOS 18 or any other software products released in this event on their devices for a while. These software products will roll out once beta testing is over and stable versions of the new software products are available. This will be a few months after the Apple WWDC 24 event that’ll kick off on June 10.
