Microsoft has been talking about Copilot, its AI companions, for several months now. Today, the company officially announced that it is bringing the “full power” of Copilot for iOS and Android to more people and businesses.
Although the basic version of the AI companion is free, today Microsoft introduced a paid version – Copilot Pro. According to the Redmond-based company, it’s a new subscription that offers the most advanced features and capabilities of Copilot for those looking for a similar experience. Individuals and businesses interested in Copilot Pro should be aware that it costs $20 per month.
Those looking for a free version can check out Microsoft’s Copilot offering, which has been updated with additional improvements and new features. For example, new Copilot GPTs are now available for users who want to customize the behaviour of Microsoft Copilot on a topic of interest.
In addition, the Copilot mobile app is now available for Android and iOS. It is available for free and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. The mobile app offers the same features as Copilot on PC, including access to GPT-4, Dall-E 3 imaging, and the ability to use phone images when communicating with Copilot.
Last but not least, Microsoft announced that it has decided to add Copilot to the Microsoft 365 mobile app for Android and iOS for users with a Microsoft account. While the feature isn’t available right now, the company has confirmed that it will launch within the next month.
