There are now two variants of the Microsoft Surface Laptop that have the Copilot+ AI technology. Microsoft just launched this new laptop with the new Snapdragon X processor, which is also in use on the new Samsung Galaxy laptop. This new laptop from Microsoft is paving the way for more AI-powered laptops that are preparing for launch soon.

Buyers of this new laptop will have a good range of options to pick from while making their purchase. This range of choices runs from the processor that’ll be on this device to the storage configurations and even the screen size. When it comes to the screen sizes that this new laptop is available with, we have the 13.8-inch screen and the 15-inch option.

Microsoft Surface Laptop

Moving over to the processor choice, buyers can pick between the Snapdragon X Plus or the Snapdragon X Elite processor on the 13.8-inch model. Those opting for the 15-inch entry will have to settle for more, as only the Snapdragon X Elite processor is in use in this model. Storage configuration on this laptop model starts from 16GB RAM and 256GB storage and ranges up to 64GB RAM and 1TB storage capacity.

In terms of design, Microsoft does well to keep this laptop sleek and lightweight while preserving the necessary connectivity ports. Users will also benefit from the 120Hz touchscreen display on the new Microsoft Surface Laptop. For durability, the screens on both 13.8-inch and 15-inch models of this laptop come with Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The battery capacity on the 13.8-inch model is 54Wh and that on the 15-inch model is 66Wh. Both entries charge at 39W and 65W respectively and run on Windows 11 with AI features thanks to its Copilot system. For its pricing, the new Microsoft Surface Laptop starts at $1000 and reaches $2500 for the range-topping entry.
