The official images of Motorola’s upcoming phones have been leaked online. Moto Edge 30 and Moto G 5G 2022 are two future middle-class phones that will soon be presented to a wide audience.
The design of the Motorola Edge 30 is clearly based on the flagship Edge 30 Pro, which debuted earlier this year. On the front it has the same display with a punch hole selfie-camera top and centre, and the same design of the camera on the back. According to rumors, the Edge 30 display will measure 6.5 inches diagonally and will have a POLED screen technology with a refresh rate of 144 Hz.
The main difference from the Edge 30 Pro will be the Snapdragon 778G+ chipset paired with 6/8 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of storage. The phone will be equipped with a 4200 mAh battery and a 33W fast charging.
As for the Moto G 5G (2022), as the name implies, it will be the successor to the Moto G 5G (not very original, but understandable). Of course, the new model will receive an update in the form of a 6.53-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The device will be equipped with a Dimensity 700 chipset, 4/6 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of expandable memory. There are three cameras on the rear: the main 50 MP camera, 2 MP macro camera, and 2 MP depth sensor. According to rumors, Moto G 5G (2022) will receive a 5000 mAh battery with a 15W charging.
And the Moto G200 5G, which was released last year, will finally receive the update to the latest Android 12, along with the security patch from March 2022. It is noteworthy that last year’s mid-ranger Moto G30 Pro and a budget-oriented Moto G30 received their Android 12 updates before the G200 5G.
According to the specs, the smartphone is equipped with a 6.8-inch FullHD+ display and runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ processor. It comes with 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. At the rear it has a triple camera consisting of 108 MP primary sensor, 8 MP ultra-wide camera and 2 MP depth sensor. On the front it has a 16 MP camera for selfies and video calls. The G200 5G is powered by a 5000 mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging.
