News of the coming POCO tablet has been making the rounds on the internet for a few weeks now. Certification of this coming device has now hit the internet, and it shows that the tablet will launch with stylus support. From the certification, we can see the mock-up design of this stylus which might be very different from any other stylus that the parent company Xiaomi already offers.
The model name of this coming stylus pen that’ll be in use on the POCO tablet is 2407CMPBCG, and it’s a Bluetooth stylus. Xiaomi’s stylus pens both have model names M2107K81PC (for the 1st gen model) and 23031MPADC (for the 2nd gen model). This goes to prove that POCO is working on an entirely different stylus pen for use on their coming tablet device.
While details on the coming POCO tablet are minimal at this point, the certification clearly shows that it’ll have a stylus. Our sources also provided a mock-up image of this coming stylus pen to help give an idea of what’s coming. From the mock-up image, we can see a rather simple design which will hold the POCO logo at the top end of the stylus.
This mock-up joins the FCC certification to solidify the existence of this coming tablet. At this point, this is the second certification that the POCO tablet is getting and this goes to prove that its launch is near. Because this coming tablet will support a stylus, there are a few speculations that we can make regarding this coming tablet.
Considering that this tablet will launch with stylus support, we expect it to be a productivity-oriented tablet. For this reason, we expect it to launch with a screen size above 10 inches, as well as pack some other accessories like a keyboard. In the coming days, we’ll get more information on this coming product which we’ll share with you guys.
