During the MWC 24 event held back in January, we got to see the Samsung Galaxy Ring in action. At this event, attendees were able to try on the ring and see what it looked and felt like first-hand. However this smart ring product from Samsung is yet to hit the launch stage, but we can assure you that it’ll soon be available for purchase.
In a new leak, we get to see the various model numbers that this coming smart ring will launch with. There are eight model numbers that this coming smart ring features in its most recent leak. According to our sources, these eight model numbers each point to a certain size that this coming smart ring will launch with.
The model numbers that we see from this leak are SM-Q500, SM-Q501, SM-Q502, SM-Q505, SM-Q506, SM-Q507, SM-Q508, and SM-Q509. We notice that these model numbers follow a sequential order, but two numbers are missing from the order. We have no idea where the SM-Q503 and SM-Q504 are and why they are missing from this leak.
But what we do know is that the leak points to the SM-Q500 as the smallest ring of the pack and the SM-Q509 as the largest. Other model numbers in between these two will fit other finger sizes in ascending order. So regardless of your finger size, you’ll be able to find a Samsung Galaxy Ring that fits you well.
Other details on the Samsung Galaxy Ring are that it’ll be a health-tracking device. This is interesting because, unlike a smartwatch, a smart ring won’t get in your way as you can wear it all day long. We can’t wait to see all that this coming product has to offer once it hits the market after launch.
