Netizens await the official launch of the coming Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 entries, which is to take place next month. This launch will take place during the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event, and there’s a lot in store at this event. However, for this article, we’re going to focus our attention on the specifications of the two smartwatches under this series that are available on the internet.
If you aren’t already aware, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 will bring two major watch entries at the launch next month. The two models that this smartwatch series will launch with are the Watch 7 and the Watch 7 Ultra. Reports show that the Watch 7 is just like any other Samsung Galaxy Watch you’ve seen, but the Watch 7 Ultra is an entirely new breed.
Unlike the Watch 7, the Watch 7 Ultra is designed to compete with the Apple Watch Ultra. To compete with this behemoth of a smartwatch from Apple, the coming option from Samsung packs a Titanium build frame, 10ATM water resistance, 3000 nits peak brightness, IP58 rating, MIL-STD-810H certification, and a massive 590mAh battery capacity. For its overall size, this rugged smartwatch from Samsung comes with a 47mm case.
As we said before, the Watch 7 is a regular smartwatch and not a rugged entry. For this reason, it comes with regular Samsung Galaxy Watch specifications. It brings a 40mm and 44mm case, packs an Aluminium build, has 5ATM water resistance, up to 425mAh battery capacity and an IP68 rating. According to the reports on this particular watch, its major upgrade will be its processor.
Both Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 entries will come with 32GB storage with Bluetooth and LTE connectivity. The larger Ultra model will bring a quick action button, which won’t be available on the base model. We are barely weeks away from the official launch of these products, as they are preparing to hit the launch stage next month.
