A renowned manufacturer of rugged smartphones, CUBOT, is gearing up to unveil its latest innovation. In celebration of the global shopping festival on AliExpress, which kicks off on November 11, the company reveals the new rugged smartphone: KINGKONG 8. It is extremely sturdy, reliable, and packs an exceptionally large battery.
Under the hood, there’s an 8-core MediaTek MT8788 processor, 6GB of RAM with the ability to pull up to 6GB, additionally, from 256GB of internal storage. It also supports MicroSD cards of up to 1TB.
The phone is waterproof and shock-resistant, complying with IP68/IP69K standards, making it capable of handling many extreme conditions. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate that KINGKONG 8 is equipped with extremely bright LED flashlights – up to 5000 lumens.
And since such a bright flashlight can drain your battery pretty quickly, the manufacturer has equipped the KINGKONG 8 with a robust 10600mAh battery. It can last up to 76 hours in talk mode or 42 hours of music playback, and it can remain in standby mode for over 1200 hours. The device runs on Android 13.
On the front, the smartphone packs a 6.5-inch display and a 16-megapixel selfie camera with AI Beauty features. On the rear, there is a triple-camera setup, which includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and an auxiliary 0.3-megapixel lens for portrait photos. Additionally, the KINGKONG 8 supports NFC, has a fingerprint reader on the side panel, Bluetooth 4.2, OTG, and includes an accelerometer and a gyroscope.
To honor the launch of the new smartphone, as always, CUBOT plans to give away three KINGKONG 8 smartphones for free. You can find the giveaway terms by following the link. And if you don’t feel lucky – you can purchase the new rugged smartphone in the official manufacturer’s store on AliExpress.
