In a new change that Microsoft might be undergoing, the coming Bethesda Indiana Jones game might not be exclusive. This game is preparing to launch and gamers’ appetite has already been watered by a gameplay teaser the company released a few weeks ago. When this teaser became available PS5 gamers could only salivate at how good the graphics look and the immersive storyline of the game.
Well, maybe these PS5 gamers might no longer ‘only salivate’ at this coming game. They might be able to play it without having to get an Xbox or move over to PC gaming just to enjoy this coming game. According to our sources, there is “a new multi-platform approach” that Microsoft is working on for some of their games.
This new approach will give PS5 and Switch players access to some gaming titles that have been exclusive to Xbox and PC gamers for a while now. Currently, Microsoft is deciding on which games will no longer be exclusive to Xbox, and it seems like Bethesda Indiana Jones is on the list of such games. On Xbox and PC, the coming Bethesda Indiana Jones and the Great Circle game will be available in December 2024.
For PS5 and Switch consoles, this game might delay its launch into 2025. This means that the game will stay exclusive to Microsoft gaming platforms for a while. Our sources are also outlining some other Xbox and PC exclusive games that we might see launch on the PS5 and Nintendo in the coming months. At this time, the games they make mention of are still under evaluation to see whether they will join cross-platform games.
The games in question are Sea of Thieves and Hi-Fi Rush, which are currently only available on certain platforms. The only platforms where you can play these games at this time are the Xbox and on a PC. Possibly, Microsoft might also consider making other games available to PS5 players aside from the three mentioned in this article.
