US-made highly mobile artillery systems (HIMARS) have already arrived in Ukraine, Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov announced on Twitter today.
The Defense Minister thanked his American counterpart Lloyd Austin for “these powerful tools”, and promised a “hot summer” for the Russian occupiers, noting that for some of them this summer will be the last one.

It will be recalled that the United States promised to deliver the HIMARS to Ukraine by the end of June. And, judging by Reznikov’s tweet, the Western partners have kept their promise.
