A few months ago, Sony introduced the LinkBuds S earbuds, which have a unique design and a great set of features, and came in an amazing trio of earth-tone colors. Today, Sony is releasing a new color option called Earth Blue, and most interestingly, it’s made from recycled water bottle materials. In addition to the new product, Sony is also adding multi-point connectivity support to its LinkBuds and LinkBuds S.
As you can see in the image, the new Earth Blue LinkBuds S earbuds offer a unique appearance, featuring a creamy blue color accented with slight swirls.
It’s hard to describe the looks of the material, but it’s similar in appearance to marble. However, unlike the real marble, these earbuds are pretty lightweight.
In fact, earbuds are quite light, weighing 4.8 g, and are equipped with active noise cancellation (ANC), as well as transparency mode. As for battery life, they deliver up to six hours of listening time on a single charge with ANC on and can deliver slightly more with ANC off.
Of course, you’ll still have a few more charges with the case, as Sony claims it will offer 20 hours of total listening time. The Sony LinkBuds S cost $199.99 and are now available in four colors: black, white, earth blue, and desert sand.
