In a few weeks from today, we will get to see the launch of the coming Motorola Edge series. This device will hit the launch stage in India on April 3 and some official details on a device in the series are already available. From an X post made by the Motorola India team, we learn that this coming device will feature a powerful midrange flagship processor, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3.

This processor launched last year as the third generation of the Snapdragon 7 series processor line-up. While not being as powerful as the 8 Gen 3 processor, the 7 Gen 3 also packs a performance punch. One of the promotional images of this coming device reveals a few things that potential buyers and netizens can look out for.

First is the battery life of this device, which the first image from the right indicates, so we can expect this to be impressive. Next is the performance, which will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, as shown in the middle image. This processor will be the main attraction on this coming device, but the last feature we can look out for is its photography ability.

The Motorola India X page also reveals in a teaser video that this device will come with a curved screen. This will add some class to this device, hence attracting potential buyers. However, it is good to know that this won’t be the only Motorola Edge device to launch in the event slated for April 3.

Joining this device might be the Motorola Edge Pro, which will boast the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. The Motorola Edge Fusion will make an entry at this event, but it’ll feature the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor. At this moment, there is still some confusion as to the availability of the Edge Pro at the coming Motorola launch event.
