Motorola Moto G Play design leak as renders hit the internet

-

As the Motorola Moto G Play approaches its launch, its design renders appear on the internet. These renders show off what this device will look like and considering that this is a budget device, there’s not much to expect. However, the simplicity of the design shown off by these renders shows that the coming G Play will be an eye-catching smartphone.

From the available renders, we can see that this coming device will launch with a single rear camera sensor. This sensor will sit above the flashlight cutout, and both will sit on an elevated cutout or bump on the rear panel. Moving to the front, we notice a center-mounted selfie camera cutout which will be surrounded by uneven chunky bezels.

Moving over to the side bezels, we see that the power and volume rocker keys will sit on the right side of the display. On the left side will be the SIM tray slot, at the top of the device we find the headphone jack. The charging port, speaker, and microphone will all sit under the device.

As for the specifications of the coming Motorola Moto G Play, rumours claim it’ll launch with a Snapdragon processor. Some might consider this an upgrade, as the predecessor of this device launched with a MediaTek processor. For its memory capacity, this device will launch with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, which are both upgrades in comparison with the predecessor.

Other details include a 50MP main camera, 5000mAh battery capacity, as well as a 6.5-inch 90Hz screen display. Pricing for this device will sit in the sub $200 range, and it’ll launch in the US market in a few days. Other regions might also get this affordable Android 13 smartphone after it hits the US market.
