Towards the end of this month, we might see the launch of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra which will pack flagship features. There are some details on this coming smartphone as it prepares for its official release at the MWC event to take place in a few days. Just like other Xiaomi Ultra flagship devices before it, this entry will launch with some configurations being exclusive to buyers in the Chinese region of the smartphone market.

New reports on this device also have it that there will be a special edition of this coming flagship device. This special edition device will launch with a different build quality or material other than what we’ll see on the regular version. Xiaomi will be joining the likes of Apple and Samsung to launch a titanium device, but in its case, this will be a special edition device.

Those who don’t get the Xiaomi 14 Ultra special edition will receive a device made with regular materials. The titanium on this device will be used on its frames to help improve its strength, durability, and also looks. This version of the coming flagship device will be more expensive than the regular version which will also be available for purchase.

Reports point out that the price difference between the titanium and non-titanium versions of this smartphone will be about $69. Xiaomi might use this means to check the response of their fans to the usage of titanium devices. At launch, buyers will be able to purchase this device with a massive 16GB worth of RAM capacity and 1TB storage.

Other details on this coming device include the fact that it’ll use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. It’ll also run on Android 14 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS out of the box for more software features. This device will go up against other flagship devices from the likes of Samsung and OnePlus after it launches.
