Months after making its official appearance, the Xiaomi SU7 price is finally being revealed. According to new reports, the sale of this vehicle will soon kick off in the coming days and deliveries will follow thereafter. Authorized showrooms already have this vehicle on display at their facilities, awaiting the official kick-off of the sale of this new electric vehicle.
Information coming directly from Xiaomi’s CEO Lei Jun points out the pricing of this new EV from the smartphone manufacturing brand. The highest model or entry into the SU7 line-up will retail for just under 500,000 Yuan, which is sub-$70,000. Now this is very competitive pricing for this vehicle as it enters a very clustered EV segment with competition from the likes of Tesla.
This device will start its retail journey in its country home China before making its way to other countries. Already, the Xiaomi SU7 is on display at various showrooms across China and people can walk in to have a one-on-one experience with the vehicle. The CEO of Xiaomi says that the pricing of this device is midrange, hence making it a better pick in comparison with the competition.
At this moment, we can only confirm three colour options that are available on this vehicle. The most popular colour option is “Ocean Blue” and it has been the colour on display ever since this vehicle hit the launch stage back in December. Xiaomi might provide other colour options for buyers of this EV, and we’ll update you with the various options available for purchase.
Being an EV, this vehicle will come with two battery options, both offering different driving ranges. The first and smaller battery option will get buyers a 668km driving range, and the second gets an 800km driving range.
