One of Ukraine’s well-known online services, E-Katalog, has taken a significant step toward global expansion by officially launching its platform in the United Kingdom under a new brand name – PriceHub. The news was first reported by MSN.
This marks another phase in E-Katalog’s international growth. The company previously entered the Polish market in 2021 and expanded to the United States in 2023. Now, its primary focus is on the UK – one of the most dynamic e-commerce markets in Europe.
“We’re not trying to become yet another marketplace. PriceHub is an independent platform designed to help users make objective product choices – free from paid advertising or brand promotion,” says Anatolii Skrypniak, founder of E-Katalog and the mind behind the new brand.
The PriceHub platform already features over a million products available from UK online retailers, including major chains, niche players, and independent sellers. Built on algorithms refined through E-Katalog’s decade-long experience, the service offers detailed filters, technical specifications, price history tracking, and user reviews.

PriceHub places a strong emphasis on transparency and user convenience. One standout feature allows users to track price changes for each product over recent months, helping them determine whether a discount is truly worth it. This is particularly relevant in the UK market, where promotional tactics during sales periods often create the illusion of savings.
According to Skrypniak, the PriceHub team took time to understand the expectations of British consumers, adapting the platform’s interface and functionality to local shopping habits. This includes support for comparing products based on UK-specific attributes – such as energy consumption standards – as well as integrated information about delivery costs and warranty terms.
The platform’s launch is being supported by a broad media and social media campaign across the UK. The company emphasizes that its goal isn’t to lure users away from Amazon or eBay, but to offer an alternative focused on transparency, analytics, and user-friendly search.
“We’re seeing growing demand for independent sources of information. People are tired of aggressive advertising and so-called ‘deals’ that aren’t actually deals,” says Anatolii Skrypniak. “PriceHub is our answer to that need.”
In the medium term, the company plans to expand the platform’s functionality, launch a mobile app, and enter other European markets – specifically France, Germany, and Italy.
The launch of PriceHub in the UK is therefore not just a geographic expansion but also a demonstration of the international competitiveness of Ukrainian tech products.
