Chevy Camaro might make a re-entry into the automobile world as an EV

Well, already General Motors has a product that might in a sense replace the Chevy Camaro. This is none other than the Ford Mustang Mach-E, but according to our reports, this might not be what will take the Camaro’s place in the US EV market. Mark Reuss envisions a performance-oriented EV that’ll be affordable and live up to the Camaro bloodline. This said vehicle will launch around the sub-$50,000 price point and once available it’ll retail first in its home soil, the American market.

As for the performance data of this coming electric Chevy Camaro, we are currently in the dark. However, we expect it to make an entry with about 700hp and blend well with General Motors’ new approach to vehicles retailing its Camaro heritage.
