UGREEN has announced that its MagFlow Magnetic Power Bank has received Qi 2.2 certification from the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC), making it the first product to achieve this certification. The device is designed to offer 25W wireless charging performance.
First Qi 2.2-Certified Power Bank
The Qi 2.2 standard, an update to the Qi standard, incorporates aspects of Apple’s MagSafe architecture. This update aims for broader compatibility with devices supporting the Magnetic Power Profile (MPP) and includes revised guidelines for thermal control, charging stability, and interoperability.
The UGREEN MagFlow Magnetic Power Bank is compatible with current iPhone models and is designed to support upcoming iPhone models with 25W wireless charging. It also supports other Qi 2.2-enabled devices. The power bank incorporates thermal and power management features.
The UGREEN MagFlow Magnetic Power Bank and the wider MagFlow Series are scheduled for release in Q3 2025. The series will be available on UGREEN’s official website and Amazon in the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia:
