Recently, Motorola demonstrated its all-new, but not yet officially released RAZR 2022, right on the eve of the 18th anniversary celebration of the first model, which is very symbolic. “We’re celebrating the 18th anniversary of an era-defining icon with $600 off the current generation RAZR. So join us and have fun like it’s 2004!” the company wrote on its blog. And this is a really good opportunity if you have wanted this smartphone for a long time and were looking for a sign from above.
Styled after Motorola’s iconic flip phones of yesteryear, the RAZR 5G in question features a foldable inner screen with a hinged design that allows it to close completely – unlike other manufacturers’ foldable phones, which still have a visible gap when closed.
The phone usually costs around $1,200, but now you can buy it for $799.99 on the manufacturer’s official website or on Amazon. But that’s not all, Motorola also offers $400 off its popular 2020 Motorola Edge and $110 off the 2020 moto g stylus, now priced at $299.99 and $189.99, respectively.

The RAZR 5G gets a Snapdragon 765G and 8GB of RAM, and its clever hinge design means it looks flatter both when open and closed. As for the storage, it is equipped with 256 GB for storing photos, music, movies and apps. There’s a 48MP camera that takes sharper, richer photos with optical image stabilisation and Quad Pixel technology. It is also can be used as a selfie camera. RAZR 5G MSRP at time of launch was ridiculous $1,400.
Pay attention! Promotions are valid from July 14 to 25, 2022 or while supplies last. So hurry, if you’ve been dying to get your hands on a foldable device but absolutely don’t want it to be made by Samsung, now is the time.
