Microsoft has once again teamed up with Oreo to create Xbox-themed cookies. There are six special Xbox cookie designs in total, one of which features the Xbox logo, as well as additional cookie options for each controller button and directional arrow.
The limited edition is based on the classic combination of Oreo and cream cookies, but the packages will contain special codes to unlock themed armor sets or skins for different Xbox games. For example, Halo Infinite literally has armor in Oreo colors, Forza Horizon 5 fans can try to find a code that opens access to a car styling, and Sea of Thieves fans can unlock a ship skin made in the corresponding colors.

These special cookies will be available in 22 countries starting this month and will be available “while supplies last.” Microsoft doesn’t list all 22 countries, but the promotion seems to be limited to European markets, and according to the Oreo website, the cookies will first go on sale on January 16.

This is not the first time Microsoft has partnered with Oreo on a marketing campaign. There are Oreo-style emojis in Microsoft Teams thanks to the branding between Microsoft and Oreo in October. And in 2019, Microsoft also created a special Xbox Series X with an Oreo theme.
