Samsung Electronics has held the Unbox & Discover 2023 event to unveil its new TV lineup, which is currently on pre-sale and officially launched in Ukraine on 17 April. This 2023 lineup emphasises the brand’s premium positioning, offering high-quality viewing, new features and the latest SmartThings updates.
At the event, Samsung highlighted new features that provide users with a superior viewing experience, regardless of lifestyle or consumption habits. The company’s vision for the visual display category, “Screens Everywhere, Screens for Everyone,” focuses on inclusivity and solutions that adapt to different usage profiles.
Samsung continues to lead the global TV market for the 17th consecutive year, demonstrating its commitment to delivering a high-quality viewing experience and creating a user-centric, minimalist and timeless design.
The new Neo QLED models offer excellent picture quality and a distinctive minimalist design, as well as enhanced sound and integration between picture and sound. This year, Samsung has also added a line of OLED TVs for users in the Ukrainian market, which provide vivid colour reproduction and deep blacks with self-illuminating pixels.

During the Unbox & Discover 2023 event, Samsung also announced progress on its sustainability goals, such as reducing the use of oil-based paint in TV packaging and replacing paper clips with glue. In addition, the new Solar Eco Remote, the SolarCell Remote, is completely battery-free and can be recharged from the built-in solar panel or via RF collection.
All Samsung TVs can be connected to the SmartThings platform, which allows users to control all connected devices in their home from the comfort of their sofa. SmartThings is compatible with a wide range of brands and is designed with security in mind, using Samsung Knox Vault to store sensitive information.
