Most modern smartphones equipped with batteries with a capacity of more than 7000 mAh usually have a rather bulky and thick body. However, iQOO has managed to implement an impressive 9020 mAh battery in the Z11, while maintaining a thickness of only 8.25 mm and a weight of 213 g.
EXCLUSIVE: iQOO is set to launch the Z11 smartphone in India next month, around June 15, 2026.
The Z11 will feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC paired with the Adreno 810 GPU and will run Android 16 out of the box. It will be priced under ₹30,000.

This balance was made possible by the introduction of silicon-carbon cells, which provide significantly higher energy density than traditional lithium-ion counterparts. For users, this means several days of operation without recharging during moderate use or a confident margin of autonomy for more than a day, even under extreme loads. To allay fears about the rapid wear and tear of large drives, the manufacturer has integrated a battery health protection system and a bypass charging function that minimizes the negative impact of charge-discharge cycles.
The powerful 90-watt fast-charging technology allows this 9020 mAh giant to restore its energy from 0 to 100% in about 50 minutes. This speed ensures that the huge capacity will not cause inconvenience in everyday life, as the charge replenishment process does not last long.

It is worth noting a certain compromise in the technical part. The original Chinese version of the Z11 was based on the 4-nanometer MediaTek Dimensity 8500 processor, which is ahead of the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 in terms of pure performance. However, the global version was replaced by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, which is a significant factor for those comparing the characteristics of different regional models. Although the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 is a perfectly adequate solution – it is also used in devices such as the OnePlus Nord CE 6 or vivo T5 Pro – potential buyers should understand that under prolonged load, the global version behaves differently than the Chinese version. To meet the needs of mobile gamers, iQOO has equipped the smartphone with a fairly large cooling system with an evaporation chamber.

The Indian market, where the price of the new product ranges from $260-$365, is extremely competitive. The main rivals are OnePlus Nord CE 6 with an 8,000 mAh battery for $313, Nothing Phone 4a, which relies on a unique shell, and Realme GT 7 SE, which is focused on maximum power. In this segment, the iQOO Z11 currently offers the largest battery, and its dual IP68 and IP69 certification adds to its reliability, which is usually lacking in other devices in this price category.
