Lenovo has introduced a new generation of AI-enabled workstations that are optimized for creating, running, and processing AI solutions directly on the device. The updated lineup includes ThinkPad P14s i Gen 7, ThinkPad P14s Gen 7 AMD, ThinkPad P16s i Gen 5, ThinkPad P16s Gen 5 AMD, ThinkPad P1 Gen 9, and the ThinkStation P5 Gen 2 desktop system.
These solutions are designed for students, engineers, data analysts, and anyone who works with large amounts of information. The new workstations provide an extremely high level of performance, sufficient for complex tasks, including CAD, BIM, data analysis, AI development, and other resource-intensive processes.

In the ThinkPad P series, next-generation neural processors from Intel and AMD work in conjunction with NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell graphics, which significantly reduces the time between data entry and results.
Lenovo’s lightest AI-enabled mobile workstation is the ThinkPad P14s Gen 7, which combines the performance of a full-fledged workstation with a compact form factor. It is aimed at users who need a portable and secure device, and offers efficient performance through a combination of Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors with Intel vPro technology and NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell Generation Laptop GPUs or AMD Ryzen AI PRO 400 Series processors with graphics up to AMD Radeon 890M.

The ThinkPad P16s Gen 5 represents a new level of 16″ mobile workstations for users who demand high performance. It is powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors with Intel vPro or AMD Ryzen AI PRO 400 Series with modern neural architectures, and is also available with NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell Generation Laptop GPU. The device provides a professional level of graphics and AI processing while maintaining mobility, as its weight does not exceed 1.76 kg.

ThinkPad P1 Gen 9 is designed for creative professionals and engineers who need maximum performance without compromise. It combines a premium design with a powerful configuration that includes an Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processor with Intel vPro support for 16 cores and NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell Generation Laptop GPU with a total computing performance of 672 TOPS. The device works with 3D CAD and BIM in mobile mode and is the most powerful ThinkPad designed for tasks with high requirements for color accuracy, rendering and visualization.

The ThinkStation P5 Gen 2 desktop workstation sets a new standard in its segment by offering high performance, scalability and reliability. It is powered by Intel Xeon 600 processors for workstations and can have up to two NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Max-Q Workstation Edition GPUs. This configuration makes it suitable for complex computing tasks, including 3D CAD, high-quality rendering, medical imaging, molecular modeling, and AI modeling. The system is aimed at visual effects specialists, AI developers, data analysts, and medical professionals.

Lenovo devices will also support the NVIDIA OpenShell platform, an enterprise AI solution that provides security, privacy, and scalability. As a result, workstations, including the ThinkStation P5 Gen 2, can run secure and customizable AI agents that can automate complex processes directly on local systems.
In addition, the company presented the concept of the world’s first laptop and workstation battery with a silicon anode and an energy density of 1000 Wh/l. Compared to previous solutions, it will provide more than a 10% increase in energy density. With a capacity of up to 99.9 Wh without changing the battery’s dimensions, ED1000 technology will allow future devices to operate longer and deliver higher performance. The development was created in collaboration with Shanghai Jiao Tong University and opens up new possibilities for the autonomy and design of high-performance laptops.
The new line of workstations will be presented at the NVIDIA GTC 2026 conference in San Jose. Lenovo Hybrid AI solutions are available at Lenovo booth #431 at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. The company also announced the availability of new devices on the global market:
