The Philips Evnia 5000 series has been updated with a new addition to the lineup, a Full HD gaming monitor that combines fast refresh rates, enhanced clarity on the go, and a deeper immersive experience thanks to a backlight system. Philips Evnia is expanding its lineup with the 27M2N5201P, which is designed for competitive gamers who need the highest frame rate while maintaining full HD resolution. The device is equipped with a 27-inch Fast IPS panel with a refresh rate of up to 260 Hz. The response time is up to 1ms GtG, and Smart MBR technology provides a 0.3ms response time, which enhances image sharpness in fast-paced scenes. Additionally, HDR10 support, Adaptive Sync compatibility, Low Input Lag mode and the Philips Evnia Precision Center software platform are implemented.
The Philips Evnia 27M2N5201P is designed for fast-paced gaming scenarios and supports a base frequency of 240 Hz with an overclockable frequency of up to 260 Hz, which ensures smoother motion reproduction in dynamic gaming moments. The built-in Low Input Lag mode reduces the lag between user actions and their display on the screen. To enhance clarity in fast-paced scenes, the 0.3ms Smart MBR technology reduces blurring, complementing the 1ms GtG response time for more accurate transitions in competitive gaming. The Fast IPS panel ensures picture stability at wide viewing angles, and Full HD resolution reduces system performance requirements. Support for HDR10 enables HDR metadata to be transferred from compatible sources for appropriate content.
AI Enhanced Ambiglow is an atmospheric backlighting system with RGB LEDs on the back that can synchronize with audio and video content while gaming or watching multimedia. In the Philips Evnia 27M2N5201P, this technology analyzes the image on the screen and changes colors and brightness in real time, extending the visual experience beyond the display to the surrounding space.
The ergonomic stand supports height, tilt, swivel and pivot adjustments, allowing you to adapt the screen to different work scenarios and gaming settings. In terms of connectivity, the monitor is equipped with HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 ports, as well as a headphone output, which ensures compatibility with standard signal sources, including PCs and game consoles. HDMI and DisplayPort cables are included for easy setup.
For extended use, Flicker Free and LowBlue Mode are included, which, together with SoftBlue technology, reduce eyestrain during long viewing or gaming sessions. The Philips Evnia Precision Center software is used to fine-tune settings and create customized profiles, allowing you to manage configurations beyond the standard on-screen menu.
The Philips Evnia 27M2N5201P will be available in May with a suggested retail price of UAH 8499.
