The smart home appliances brand Dreame is entering the smartphone market and has introduced 3 models at once, including the flagship Dreame RS1. The new products cover different segments, from the top device with flagship features to more affordable options.
The Dreame RS1 has a 6.85-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K+ resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. The screen has a 16-megapixel front camera below the display, as well as an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. The smartphone is IP68 and IP69 protected, which ensures high resistance to dust and water.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset is responsible for performance. The 7200 mAh battery with silicon-carbon technology supports 90W wired charging and up to 80W wireless charging. The camera system includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with a 35 mm focal length, a 64-megapixel periscope module with a 70 mm focal length, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera with an 18 mm equivalent.
The Dreame E1 model is aimed at the budget segment. It features a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, a 50MP front camera integrated into the display, and an optical fingerprint scanner. The main camera has a resolution of 108 megapixels and is complemented by a 2-megapixel macro sensor and a depth sensor. The 5000 mAh battery supports 33W wired charging. The smartphone has IP64 protection and retains the 3.5 mm audio jack.
Dreame Air1 is positioned as a thin and light version in the series. The body thickness is 5.9 mm and the weight is 172 g. It is equipped with a 108-megapixel main camera and a 32-megapixel front camera. The 5000 mAh battery supports 45W wired charging.
So far, Dreame has not announced official prices and launch dates for the RS1, E1, and Air1 models after their debut in Poland. However, judging by the characteristics, the company is preparing a large-scale entry into the European market with devices of different price categories.
