Electric scooters are increasingly becoming part of the urban transportation infrastructure. At the next@acer press conference in Berlin, Acer unveiled its new Predator ES Thunder Pro electric scooter, which combines high power, cutting-edge safety technologies, and smart connectivity features.

The Predator ES Thunder Pro is designed for users who need a mode of transportation for daily commuting and traveling across various types of terrain, so the model is built to cover significant distances. It is now the most powerful electric scooter in the Predator lineup and features a high-performance 500-watt DC motor with an advanced rear-wheel drive system.

The motor’s peak power output is now 1,600 watts, while maximum torque reaches 32 Nm. This allows the electric scooter to climb inclines with a gradient of up to 28%. As a result, the model responds more smoothly and powerfully during acceleration and when climbing hills. The Predator ES Thunder Pro also features a Traction Control System (TCS) that adjusts power output in real time based on road conditions. This helps improve tire traction and enhance overall stability on wet and slippery roads. The model is equipped with 10-inch tubeless off-road tires and IPX6 water resistance.
To improve visibility and safety on the road, the electric scooter is equipped with front daytime running lights and side RGB ambient lighting. The Predator ES Thunder Pro has a range of up to 70 km on a single charge. This allows you to charge the battery less frequently during long daily trips or intensive use.

The manufacturer has equipped the Predator ES Thunder Pro with a dual-platform location tracking system via the Find My and Find Hub services. This allows users to monitor the location of their vehicle at any time. The Acer eMobility app allows users to view the device’s status, battery level, and trip data in real time, as well as control the electronic lock, lighting, and settings of the electric scooter. The app also supports AI-powered voice control. Using voice commands from a smartphone or smartwatch, users can lock and unlock the electric scooter, check the battery level, and turn on the lights.
The Predator ES Thunder Pro will go on sale in European countries in the first quarter of 2027, with prices starting at €799. Exact technical specifications, prices, and availability of the model vary by region.
