Acer brought many new products to the IFA 2026 trade show, including new laptops in the Vero, Swift, and Aspire lines, each with its own advantages. These include models designed with a focus on repairability and sustainability, portable devices that are easy to carry, and versatile laptops for studying, working, gaming, and content creation.

Acer Vero 16
Acer unveiled the new Vero 16 at the exhibition, marking the fourth generation of consumer laptops in this series. Its top cover and palm rest are made from 50% post-industrial recycled aluminum and 50% low-carbon aluminum. The bottom cover contains 60% recycled consumer plastic, and the display bezels contain 30%. The laptop is designed with repairability in mind: repair instructions are printed on the chassis, and access to components is simplified. Users can open the case without tools and replace the battery and SSD on their own. The design also allows for processor upgrades.
The chassis is certified to the MIL-STD-810H standard. In its top configuration, the Acer Vero 16 is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra X9 388H processor with performance up to 180 TOPS. The laptop features a 71 Wh battery, up to 32 GB of LPDDR5x RAM, and an SSD with up to 512 GB of storage. It features a 16-inch OLED display with a resolution of up to 3K WQXGA+ and a 5-megapixel IR camera with a privacy shutter.
The port selection includes an SD card slot, HDMI 2.1 with HDCP support, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, and two USB Type-A ports. One of them operates under the USB 3.2 Gen 1 standard, while the other supports USB 3.2 Gen 2. Wireless connectivity is provided by Intel Wi-Fi 7. The keyboard is backlit and features a programmable Acer MyKey key that can be used to launch applications, websites, or Windows functions.
The Acer Vero 16 supports Copilot+ PC features in Windows 11, such as Click to Do, Cocreator, Live Captions with translation, and Windows Studio Effects. The company has added its own AI-powered tools, including QR code scanning, image generation, video playback speed adjustment, and text and image scaling. A hotkey opens AcerSense, allowing users to manage performance modes, optimize battery and storage, monitor the system, and access collaboration tools.
Acer Swift Blade 14
The Acer Swift Blade 14 weighs 799 g and is 12.9 mm thick. The model features a 14-inch OLED display with a resolution of up to 3K and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. The screen occupies 90% of the lid’s surface area, has thin bezels, and a 16:10 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it is equipped with an Intel Core 7 350 processor, 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 1 TB of storage.

A 50 Wh battery provides power. Three first-generation USB 3.2 Type-C ports are available for connecting peripherals. It also features a front-facing FHD camera with a privacy shutter. The Swift Blade 14’s chassis is made of an aluminum-magnesium alloy and carbon fiber and will be available in Marshmallow Blue and Marshmallow White.
Swift Air 16
The Swift Air 16 features a 16-inch all-aluminum chassis that is 13.3 mm thick and weighs 1.5 kg. The laptop is equipped with an Intel Core 7 350 processor, delivering up to 40 TOPS of platform performance and featuring a dedicated neural processor. It has up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512 GB of storage. The 70 Wh battery supports fast charging, and using a 100 W adapter, the battery can be charged to 50% in just half an hour.
The Swift Air 16 features a backlit keyboard and will be available either with an OLED display offering 100% DCI-P3 coverage or with an IPS panel offering 100% sRGB coverage. Both options have a 16:10 aspect ratio, a resolution of up to WQXGA+ 2880×1800, a brightness of up to 500 nits, and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The IPS version also offers a configuration with touchscreen support. The audio system includes four speakers and supports DTS Virtual, and there are two Thunderbolt 4 ports for connectivity. The model will be available in blue, sage green, and sand gold.
Aspire G 3D 16
The 16-inch Aspire G 3D 16 laptop, featuring glasses-free 3D technology, is designed for content creation, design, gaming, and entertainment. It is equipped with an AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor with up to 126 TOPS of performance, AMD Radeon 8060S graphics, up to 128 GB of LPDDR5x-8000 memory, and an M.2 SSD with up to 2 TB of storage. Two cameras that track eye position are responsible for generating the 3D image. The software bundle includes SpatialLabs 3D Hub, which offers 3D viewing, 2D-to-3D conversion, and access to relevant content.

The laptop features a 16-inch IPS display with a resolution of 3840×2400 in 2D mode and 1920×2400 in 3D mode. The panel has a 16:10 aspect ratio, covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, and supports a 120 Hz refresh rate. The battery has a capacity of 99.9 Wh. Other features include a fingerprint scanner, an RGB-backlit keyboard, and red WASD keys. Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 are provided for wireless connectivity, while two USB 4.0 Type-C ports are available for wired connections.
The Aspire S 27 and Aspire S 24 All-in-One (AIO) computers
Acer has also updated the Aspire S 27 and Aspire S 24 all-in-one PCs. The first model features a 27-inch screen, while the second has a 23.8-inch screen. Both computers are powered by Intel Core 7 350 processors in their top-of-the-line configurations and run Windows 11. The updated Aspire S models can be equipped with a touchscreen display that supports a stylus and come in a white chassis.
The Aspire S 27 will be available with a 2560×1440 QHD panel at 120 Hz or a 1920×1080 FHD panel at 144 Hz. The Aspire S 24 will feature an FHD display with a 144 Hz refresh rate. Both models have a screen-to-body ratio of 90%. The all-in-one PCs support up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and an M.2 SSD with up to 1 TB of storage. They are also equipped with an FHD webcam with a privacy shutter and support Intel Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. The port selection includes a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port for data transfer and an HDMI port.
