Amazfit has expanded its product range with the Balance 3 smartwatch, which retails for $369.99. Pre-orders for this new product are already open in the United States, and the first deliveries to customers are scheduled for mid-June. The manufacturer positions this device as a representative of the upper middle class segment, aimed at users who need detailed physical activity data and long battery life without the need for daily power supply.
In terms of specifications, the Balance 3 is a rather massive watch, as it has a 51.4 mm diameter and 14.6 mm thickness. For the debut release, a stainless steel version weighing 62 g was prepared, although brand representatives note that a lightweight 55-gram titanium version will go on sale later. The novelty is equipped with a 1.5-inch AMOLED display, which protects the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal from mechanical damage.

According to the official specification, the screen is capable of demonstrating a peak brightness of 3000 nits, which greatly facilitates reading information in direct sunlight on the street. The device case is protected against moisture penetration according to the 10ATM standard, so it remains fully operational during swimming and recreational diving.
In the software, the developers have placed a strong emphasis on maintaining the right balance between training and recovery. The integrated tracking system is commercially called HybridCharge Energy Intelligence. In practice, this complex analyzes the level of daily stress, training loads, and the quality of nightly rest to generate personalized recommendations regarding the user’s current physical capabilities and the optimal time for relaxation.
The gadget supports more than 180 different sports modes, including highly specialized tools for HYROX competitions, including built-in training plans and running pace simulation. To build routes in open terrain, the device uses dual-frequency GPS, which is supplemented by support for offline maps, turn-by-turn navigation, and the function of automatic recalculation of the path in case of deviation from the set course.

The device has a standard set of health monitoring functions, including round-the-clock measurement of heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, skin temperature, and psycho-emotional stress. The smartwatch can notify you when abnormal heart rhythms are detected or when the blood oxygen level drops critically. For everyday comfort, there is an integrated speaker and microphone that allow you to make calls via Bluetooth, an NFC module for working with digital cards, and a built-in flashlight that can work in white and red modes for better visibility at night.

Autonomy is ensured by a 658 mAh battery, which, according to the manufacturer, provides up to 21 days of operation in a typical operating scenario. If the user decides to keep the Always-On Display function on all the time, the battery life between recharges will be reduced to about seven days.
