ASUS Republic of Gamers has unveiled its latest gaming monitors, the ROG Swift OLED PG27UCWM and ROG Swift OLED PG32UCWM, built using cutting-edge 4K Tandem RGB OLED panels. These displays combine flawless image quality, a refresh rate of up to 240 Hz at ultra-high 4K resolution, a Dual Mode feature that allows switching to Full HD resolution at 480 Hz, as well as innovative panel protection tools and interactive management via intelligent AI systems.

Both announced versions feature Tandem RGB OLED screens equipped with an exclusive TrueBlack Glossy layer, which guarantees extremely rich dark tones, excellent contrast, and minimized glare.

In contrast to classic WOLED solutions, the True RGB Stripe OLED architecture operates without an additional white subpixel. This approach allows for much sharper text display, ensures uncompromising color accuracy, and guarantees a color volume increase of up to 27% even at maximum brightness levels. The monitors feature a peak HDR brightness of up to 1,000 nits, cover 99% of the DCI-P3 color space, support 10-bit color depth, and their pixel response time is a record-breaking 0.03 ms.

Dual Mode allows for instant switching between two operating modes: ultra-high-detail 4K display at 240 Hz and Full HD optimized for professional gaming at 480 Hz, where the priority is maximum response speed and minimal signal transmission latency.

One of the most significant innovations in the presented models is the upgraded thermal management system. Thanks to the implementation of GaNFET power semiconductors, the developers were able to reduce heat generation by nearly 35%, which allowed them to reduce the panel’s operating temperature by approximately 10% compared to the brand’s previous OLED displays. This step significantly extends the service life of the panels.

An additional level of protection is provided by the integrated ASUS OLED Care Pro suite, which features an improved contactless Neo Proximity Sensor with customizable sensitivity and Auto Away technology. When a gamer steps away from their workstation, the equipment automatically switches to protection mode, significantly minimizing the likelihood of pixel burn-in. The settings for the ASUS OLED Care Pro suite are managed through the proprietary DisplayWidget Center app.

In addition, the new devices support ASUS Display Control CLI and Agent Skill, allowing compatible AI assistants to adjust monitor settings using standard voice commands from the user. Specifically, a simple voice command allows you to instantly apply a calibrated color profile or switch the device to esports mode with a 480 Hz refresh rate and specific visual settings.

The range of connectivity options for the ROG Swift OLED PG27UCWM and PG32UCWM models includes DisplayPort 2.1a UHBR20 ports with a data transfer rate of up to 80 Gbps, HDMI 2.1 interfaces, as well as a USB Type-C port that supports Power Delivery up to 90 W. This makes it possible to stream media, transfer system data, and simultaneously power a connected laptop using a single cable.
