Motorola has officially announced the list of devices that will receive the Android 17 update. After an extended period of active testing of the new Android 17 operating system on select smartphones, Motorola has released information about the models that are guaranteed to receive the stable release.

This list includes over 50 device models, covering both the premium Razr lineup and the mid-range Edge models, as well as the more budget-friendly Moto G series.

In total, this brings the number of Motorola models confirmed for the Android 17 update to over 50. As for the Edge 60 Neo smartphone, the corresponding technical support page on the official website does not currently explicitly confirm its compatibility. However, the likelihood of a positive decision is extremely high, as five full Android OS updates have been promised for this device – that is, all the way up to Android 20.
For a long time, Motorola was not considered a model company when it came to the timeliness of releasing new software, but in recent years it has shown significant progress.
