Nova Post has launched a partnership with the American company UPS. As a result, it will now be possible to send documents or parcels weighing up to 30 kg from the United States to Ukraine through more than 6,000 UPS Store partner offices operating throughout the country. The company said that the United States has become the seventeenth country outside of Ukraine where the company has expanded its operations. The estimated delivery time for shipments to Ukraine is 7 days or more.
To arrange a shipment from the US to Ukraine, you need to follow a few simple steps:
- Register online to get a 15% discount on your first delivery
- Create an international shipment online via the website or mobile app
- Choose a convenient payment method and complete the transaction, after which you will receive a unique QR code
- Pack the parcel and bring it to the nearest UPS Store, where you need to show the operator the QR code and hand over the parcel for further transportation.
The cost of insurance is already included in the tariff for shipments with a declared value of up to $150. If the estimated value exceeds this amount, an additional fee of 0.5% is applied. In case of force majeure, the company compensates the sender for the full declared value.
Tariffs for shipping from the US to Ukraine are as follows:
- For documents and parcels up to 1 kg – $25
- Up to 2 kg – $30
- Up to 5 kg – $50
- Up to 10 kg – $80
- Up to 20 kg – $150
- Up to 30 kg – $200.

At the same time, like all other Nova Post products, it implements the FAST, EASY, SAFE strategy,” said Vyacheslav Klimov, co-owner of the NOVA group of companies. – “This partnership is a strategic step that allows us to respond flexibly to the needs of our customers, gain a firmer foothold in the large international market and create a basis for further development.
He added that the company plans to speed up delivery times to 5 days or less, as well as expand the range of services, including scaling up targeted delivery and opening franchise offices in major cities across the country.
