Ugreen, a consumer electronics brand better known for its chargers and power banks, is unveiling its first line of Network Attached Storage (NAS) solutions called the NASync series. The series ranges from personal/home models like the DXP2800 and DXP4800, to professional-grade options like the DXP6800 Pro and DXP8800 Plus with 12th Gen Intel Core i5 processors and dual Thunderbolt 4 ports for blazing fast 40Gbps data transfers. The top DXP6800 Pro and DXP8800 Plus even have dual 10GbE network ports combined for up to 20GbE bandwidth and 2500MB/s downloads.

All NASync models feature expandable 8GB DDR5 RAM up to 64GB on some units. The series emphasizes data security with protocols like SSL/TLS encryption, robust SHA256 encryption for passwords, real-time protection, and scheduled virus scans. Ditching cloud storage mitigates the risks of data leaks and surveillance.
