realme has officially unveiled its highly anticipated smartphone, the realme 15 Pro, a device that promises to set new benchmarks in battery life, performance, and content consumption. With its modern design, innovative features, and powerful hardware, the model has every chance to become one of the most exciting releases of the year.
The realme 15 Pro 5G is the latest iteration of the realme 14 Pro+, featuring a 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. This processor delivers roughly a 27% performance boost compared to its predecessor, making it capable of handling demanding apps and games. For smoother gameplay, the phone supports GT Boost 3.0, AI Gaming Coach 2.0, and AI Ultra Touch Control technology.
The phone features a 6.8-inch curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate, delivering exceptionally smooth visuals and sharp detail. Peak brightness reaches an impressive 6500 nits, making the screen easily usable even in direct sunlight. The touch sampling rate hits 240 Hz, and the display also supports eye-comfort technologies to reduce visual strain.
The realme 15 Pro is equipped with a 50-megapixel main Sony IMX896 sensor with OIS, paired with a 50 MP ultra-wide lens. The camera supports 4K video recording at 60 frames per second. A 50-megapixel front-facing camera also records 4K video at the same frame rate, making the device suitable not only for video calls but also for creating high-quality content. Additional AI-powered features include the AI Edit Genie voice assistant for photo editing and AI Party Mode, which enhances low-light shots to produce bright, clear photos in challenging conditions such as parties or clubs.
The device is powered by a 7000 mAh battery. Despite its large capacity, the smartphone weighs just 187 g and measures only 7.69 mm in thickness, offering a rare combination of high battery capacity and compact design. It also supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging, which can bring the battery to 100% in around 61 minutes. The phone runs realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15.
The realme 15 Pro will be available in two configurations: 8 GB RAM with 256 GB storage and 12 GB RAM with 512 GB storage, offered in two colors – Flowing Silver and Velvet Green. The price of the realme 15 Pro is based on a special offer for early buyers: the 8/256 GB version of the smartphone is $290 and the 12/512 GB version is $340, valid until August 27.
