As Googleβs next device launch approaches, more and more leaks about the upcoming Pixel Watch 5 and Pixel 11 series smartphones are appearing online. Insiders recently shared a wealth of information about the Pixel 11 lineup, and now itβs time to learn more about the new generation of Google smartwatches.

Insider Evan Blass published new marketing images and renders of the Pixel Watch 5 in his newsletter. They also give a glimpse into some of the new features Google plans to add to its upcoming smartwatch.

According to the leak, the Pixel Watch 5 may feature integration with the Ask Gemini function. Marketing materials related to Gemini have already appeared online, and Google has also stated that Gemini Intelligence will be available on select smartwatches running Wear OS 7. The Pixel Watch 5 will likely be among the models that receive support for Gemini Intelligence.

The leak also reveals a range of health monitoring capabilities. The Pixel Watch 5 is expected to support heart health features, including heart rhythm irregularity alerts and heart rate variability tracking. Other features mentioned in the leak include sleep tracking, blood oxygen level measurement, and heart activity monitoring. As expected, the smartwatch will support Fitbit Personal Health Coach and the Ask Coach feature, which Google introduced late last year.

Marketing images of straps for the Pixel Watch 5 have previously appeared online, showing silicone and fabric straps in various colors. Leaks also suggest that the smartwatch will feature 64 GB of flash memory β twice as much as its predecessor β and a battery with slightly greater capacity. Users will receive two years of access to the Satellite SOS feature at no additional cost. Furthermore, based on all currently available information about the device, straps from the previous generation, along with the protective glass, will be compatible with the new model.

Google will officially unveil the Pixel Watch 5 during its event on August 12, so it wonβt be long before all the details about the new smartwatch are confirmed.
