The Japanese company Fujitsu has unveiled its new mobile device, the Arrows Alpha 2, to the general public. The main focus of the smartphone’s marketing campaign has been its unprecedented level of protection and durability, which meets the highest global standards.
The device successfully passed a testing program that includes 23 tests based on MIL-spec military standards and has received official certifications for protection against moisture and dust ingress under IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings. According to FCNT representatives, the device’s design allows it to withstand a drop onto a concrete surface from a height of 1.8 m without damaging the screen. In addition, the device is suitable for underwater photography in freshwater environments, and the front panel is reliably protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

The model’s battery life is powered by a 5,370 mAh silicon-carbon battery, which is an all-time record in the history of the Arrows mobile lineup. FCNT notes that the battery provides enough power for two days of use without recharging, and the battery’s design is intended to maintain this performance for approximately four years. When using a 90-watt power adapter (not included), it takes approximately 40 minutes to charge the battery from 0 to 100%, and the phone’s body is 8.6 mm thick.
The device’s hardware is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Extreme processor. Consumers can choose between a model with 256 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM or a version with 512 GB of storage and 12 GB of RAM. The developers have included a feature that virtually expands the RAM to 24 GB, and to increase storage capacity, users can use a microSD card with up to 2 TB of storage.

The main camera module is based on a 50-megapixel Sony LYTIA 710 sensor, which features optical image stabilization and is capable of recording 4K video at 60 frames per second. The wide-angle and front-facing cameras also have an identical resolution of 50 MP.
The software includes the proprietary “arrows AI” toolkit, designed to transcribe audio recordings, generate images, and create concise summaries from the notification panel. In addition, the device offers deep integration with Google services, including voice communication with Gemini, the Circle to Search feature, and the intelligent photo editors Magic Eraser and Magic Editor. On the side of the device is a dedicated mechanical quick-action button that users can program themselves to instantly launch any app or AI tool.
The display features a 6.4-inch LTPO panel with a pixel density of 460 ppi and a peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The display’s refresh rate dynamically adjusts up to 144 Hz depending on the type of content on the screen. The smartphone supports Dolby Atmos spatial audio and Hi-Res audio playback via both a wired connection and wireless Bluetooth headphones.
The manufacturer guarantees up to three major Android OS updates, as well as security patches for five years. The device’s body is made from recycled aluminum, and the packaging box is made from eco-friendly paper certified to FSC standards, making it fully recyclable.
