ASBIS has announced the launch of Mobvoi TicNote in EMEA. This is a device focused on creating structured notes using artificial intelligence. The new product is designed to simplify the work of those who regularly take notes during meetings: entrepreneurs, doctors, lawyers, salespeople, students, and other professionals. TicNote records audio, converts it into text, structures the information, and stores it in a ready-to-use form. As a result, a process that usually takes a lot of time is automated thanks to one compact device.

ASBIS, a company specializing in the distribution of IT solutions, IoT products and services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, has entered into a partnership agreement with Mobvoi, a technology company developing products in the areas of speech recognition, natural language processing and consumer electronics. The cooperation envisages scaling Mobvoi products in 42 countries of the region and expanding ASBIS AI solutions portfolio.

According to the developers, TicNote helps to save time both in professional activities and everyday life. The device is capable of recording voice in 120 languages in real time, immediately translating it into the desired language, converting it to text, and generating a brief summary in the format of a meeting protocol. The built-in AI agent allows you to analyze recordings and quickly find the information you need, such as key agreements from specific meetings. Users can work with these functions both through the TicNote mobile app and the TicNote Cloud web service. The system is integrated with leading language models, including ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, and Gemini, allowing users to choose the right tool and compare results.

The device weighs only 29 grams and is the size of a bank card, so it fits easily in a wallet or can be attached to a smartphone. Despite its small size, TicNote provides up to 25 hours of continuous recording on a single charge, making it ideal for long meetings, lectures, or interviews. Three state-of-the-art MEMS microphones are used for recording, and AI-based noise cancellation technology minimizes background sounds and focuses on the voices of the interlocutors. Built-in memory allows you to store more than 430 hours of audio, and unlimited cloud storage is also provided.
