“Innovation in Isolation is a social and cultural project of MacPaw. “We created this book as a way to restore Ukraine’s technological history to its rightful place in the global context,” said MacPaw founder and CEO Oleksandr Kosovan. – “The fact that the first edition was completely sold out and the book received such an international response shows that interest in Ukraine’s engineering and innovation heritage is only growing. The second edition is an opportunity for even more people to discover this story.”

The book was originally created for an international audience, so it was published in English. The project aims to demonstrate the contribution of Ukrainian engineers, scientists and entrepreneurs to the global development of technology, as well as to help rethink Ukraine’s role as one of the key centers of innovation in Europe.
