There are literally just two days left until the official unveiling of the new Samsung Galaxy Watch lineup at the Galaxy Unpacked event, but the suspense is fading fast. That’s because a major leak has surfaced online, revealing quite a few details about the new Galaxy Watch9 and Galaxy Watch Ultra2 smartwatches.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 9

Well-known insider Evan Blass has released new marketing images and specifications for both smartwatches. First and foremost, the leaked materials confirm that the Galaxy Watch9 will use a Snapdragon Wear Elite chip, which only reinforces a recent leak suggesting that both the Galaxy Watch9 and the Galaxy Watch Ultra2 will feature a Qualcomm platform.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 9

The images also show three color options that Samsung will likely offer for the Galaxy Watch9: Cream, Silver, and Graphite. In addition, they reveal the strap colors that will match the smartwatch. Other published images showcase health monitoring features, including sleep apnea detection, Energy Score and Sleep Score metrics, Vitals, and the Running Coach feature.

Samsung Galaxy Watch 9

Marketing images of the upcoming Galaxy Watch Ultra2 provide a detailed look at the device’s design and confirm a number of key specifications. In particular, according to the leaked information, the Galaxy Watch Ultra2 will be made of titanium and will be 12% thinner than the previous model.

The smartwatch will also meet the IP69K protection standard, feature an 800 mAh battery, and have a display with a peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits. This is a significant improvement over the first-generation Galaxy Watch Ultra, which had a 590 mAh battery and a maximum screen brightness of 3,000 nits.

The insider is gradually revealing more details about all the featured gadgets, as he recently released marketing images of the Galaxy Fold8 and Galaxy Fold8 Ultra as well. This leak confirmed that the Galaxy Fold8 Ultra will have the same rear camera system as the Galaxy Fold7. This time, the company has opted to increase the battery capacity to 5,000 mAh and boost the charging power from 25 to 45 W.

Galaxy Fold8 Ultra

The leak also confirmed that the Fold8 will feature a dual-camera setup with two 50-megapixel sensors – a main camera and an ultra-wide-angle camera. To achieve a thickness of 4.3 mm when unfolded in a 4:3 aspect ratio and retain a 4,800 mAh battery, the company had to abandon the periscope telephoto lens.
