Bigme has opened pre-orders for its new Hibreak Plus smartphone. It’s an interesting smartphone with a 6.13″ color E-ink display, designed for those who like to talk, read, and then talk about what they’ve read. And, of course, for those who like to take notes, leave notes, or create diagrams. The gadget runs on Android 14 with full support for Google Play, so it combines the functions of a reader, a digital notebook, and a full-fledged 4G smartphone in one body.
The novelty is positioned as a universal device for every day, and vice versa – a gadget for relaxation and comfortable reading. It is comfortable to hold in your hand and weighs only 193 g. The Kaleido 3’s color display screen allows you to see the content even in direct sunlight, does not emit harmful blue radiation, and is comfortable for the eyes.

The device’s screen adapts to environmental conditions thanks to an intelligent front light sensor backlight. It automatically adjusts not only the brightness but also the color temperature according to the ambient light. In bright light in the morning, the user receives a crisp, cool image, while in the evening the screen switches to warmer shades suitable for relaxation. The system works without the need for manual adjustments.
The Hibreak Plus features a display with a refresh rate of up to 52FPS, one of the best among E-ink devices, and supports stylus input. It provides precise input with minimal lag and a writing experience that feels close to paper. You can use it to take notes, sketch, or work on documents directly on the screen. The stylus is not included and is sold separately.

The 4,500 mAh battery provides long battery life: the device can work for several days with active use or remain in standby mode for weeks without needing to be recharged. Thanks to two 4G-enabled SIM cards, the user gets stable access to communication and mobile Internet, and A-GPS technology provides accurate navigation both in urban environments and beyond.
Android and access to Google Play allow you to install only those applications that help you focus, not distract. Despite using the E-ink display, standard applications work correctly. The refresh rate of up to 52 FPS reduces the lag and “looping” effect that is common with E-ink screens when scrolling through feeds, email, or chats. The device has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of flash memory.
Bigme has already started pre-ordering Hibreak Plus on its official website. It will cost $249, and a bundle that includes a stylus and a case will cost $289. The smartphones are scheduled to ship to customers on April 20, but those who chose the version with a stylus and a case will have to wait until early May.
